Critiques
Feels like a 1970s time slice. Love the angle sharing full relaxed kitty on brick veneer flooring, and very cool slices of this tabbys coat by the individual wire wheel spokes. Adds motion to the piece. Your choice of black and white with light tint gives an emotion of pride in this young companion for a busy and fit human.
This is one of my first critique pieces. I stay simple and try to keep the Fun in Fotography!
What I love most is the the conflicting orthagonals, and how they all point to different focal points!
I like the way that the bike wheel extends off the side of the frame and while I might be interested in seeing it without this, I believe that it would probably break up the lovely composition of the capture.
The only other thing I might like to see is a further distance between the cat's paw and the frame of the picture - a distance closer to that between the tail and other frame. However, I understand why this wasn't possible while working within the constraints of the wheel and love the image as it is, fantastic work!
